Frequently Asked Questions about My Eurostars City

My Eurostars City is an international video contest that was created in 2012 with the aim of supporting audiovisual creators and serving as a showcase for them online.

Participants must create an audiovisual piece that takes viewers on a journey through their stories. The only requirement is that it must be filmed in a Eurostars destination and feature one of the hotel chain’s hotels, whether the hotel façade, lobby, a room, a common area, etc., as well as using the official opening bumper for this edition.

The video submission period is now closed, but you can still vote for your favourite videos until 12 October 2026.

These are the key dates to keep in mind:

• Registration and video upload: from May 12, 2026 to September 22, 2026
• Popular votes: from May 12, 2026 to October 12, 2026
• Winners Publication: November 2026

User votes will determine the popular winners, who will be those who have more than 300 votes when the voting period ends. The three main winners, however, will be chosen by a professional jury.

Anyone can vote, including contestants, can vote for their three favourite videos.

You can vote for the participating videos in the “Participants” section of our website. Each user can cast a maximum of 3 votes per IP address, and voting for this edition will remain open until 12 October 2026.

Next to each video, you will be able to see the number of votes it has received so far. Please note that votes can be withdrawn, so the total number of votes for a video may increase or decrease during the voting period.
